- Blink 3 times orange and 1 time green : paper jammed, sensor damaged, gross mechanical, roll damaged or broken. Solution : wipe roll or put a paper relating to the printer, replace sensor
- Blink 4 times orange and 1 time green : waste ink pad full . Solution : reset printer with resetter software
- Blink 5 times orange and 1 time green : cartridge is broken (black/color). Solution : clean chip cartridge or replace cartridge with new cartridge.
- Blink 7 times orange and 1 time green : color cartridge is broken. Solution : replace cartridge
- Blink 7 times orange and green alternately : waste ink pad full, ink absorbed full. Solution : reset printer with resetter software
- Blink 8 times orange and 1 time green : ink tank full. Solution : reset printer with resetter software.
- Blink 13/16 times orange and 1 time green : cartridge isn't insttalled correctly. Solution : press resume button for 5 seconds.
- Blink 14/15 times orange and 1 time green : black cartridge is broken. Solution : replace cartridge.
