Welcome to my blog guys, this time i will share about solution for error code canon mp 258 or 250. Canon 258 is doble function printer, it's printer and scanner. If you having problem with this printer, i will share information about the solution.

Error code canon mp 258 there are 2 types, using letter P and E

• P 02 : paper jammed, mechanical is damage, roll is break. Solution : clean roll printer, replace mechanical
• P 03 : Timing disk is damaged . Solution : clean disk sensor, replace disk sensor
• P 05 : ASF sensor is damaged. Solution : Replace ASF sensor, replace mainboard
• P 06 : overhead printer. Solution : clean all part of the printer, replace board
• P 08 : waste ink pad full, ink absorbed full. Solution : reset printer with resetter software
• P 09 : EEPROOM error. Solution : replace board printer
• P 01 / P 10 : Mainbord is damaged. Solution : Replace board or service board.
• P 15 : USB VBUS over current, USB cable is damaged. Solution : replace USB cable or replace mainboard.
• P 22 : Scanner is error. Solution : replace scanner
• E 04 / E 05 / E 14 / E 15: Cartridge is installed not correctly. Solution : off the cartridge and plug again, replace cartridge
• E 13 / E 16 : cartridge has run out. Solution : press reset button 5 - 15 seconds.

Error Code Printer Canon IP 1980

Welcome to my blog guys, this time i will share information about printer canon pixma ip 1980. It's old version printer product by canon, canon ip 1980 use cartridge type 830 / DP 40 (Black) and 831/DP 41 (color). All user canon pixma 1980 must have experienced error problem in canon ip 1980. Therefore i will give information about solutions overcome error code in canon ip 1980.

The following is error code canon pixma ip 1980 and the solutions :

1. Blink 3 times orange and 1 time green : mechanic error, sensor damaged, roll broken. Solution : wipe roll or put a paper relating to the printer, replace sensor.
2. Blink 4 times orange and 1 time green : Waste ink pad full. Solution : reset printer with resetter software
3. Blink 5 times orange and 1 time green : error cartridge black or color. Solution : clean cartridge chip, replace cartridge.
4. Blink 7 times and 1 time green : same as number 3 :)
5. Blink 8 times orange and 1 time green : ink absorbed full. Solution : reset printer with resetter software.
6. Blink 12 / 15 times orange and 1 time green : cartridge is not installed correctly. Solution : press resume button 5 seconds, replace cartridge, replace carriage.

How to reset printer canon pixma ip 1980 :

1. Download resetter software here
2. Turn off the printer and unplug power cable
3. Press Turn On button printer, then plug power cable
4. Press resume button, release all button
5. Pres Turn On button
6. Run Resetter Software, follow the steps as shown in this picture

How to Reset Printer Canon IP 2770

Good noon friends, i previously shared about code error printer canon ip 2770. This time i will share how to reset printer canon ip 2770 with resetter software. First you must enter service mode canon ip 2770 :

• Printer are turned off and the power cord plugged
• Press resume button 2 seconds then press power button until the green light
• Release resume button but don't release power button
• While the powerbutton is pressed, press the Resume button 5 times. Led will light turns green orange with green last flame. (not to be mistaken 4x because the printer will die in total, but temporary, too)
• Release all button together
• Green light will turn on and computer detects the new device, ignore
• Printer ready to reset

Open resetter canon ip 2770, if you haven't, please download here
1. Extract resetter software canon ip 2770
2. Prepare 2 papers for reset process
3. Run resetter software
 
4. Click Main then printer will printout 1 paper

5. Then Click EEPROM Clear and EEPROOM , printer will printout 1 paper again


6. Close software and turn off the printer
7. Turn On printer and finish reset :)

• Blink 13/16 times orange and 1 time green : cartridge isn't insttalled correctly. Solution : press resume button for 5 seconds.
• Blink 14/15 times orange and 1 time green : black cartridge is broken. Solution : replace cartridge.
